Q: Who is performing at ?
A: The Festival will be hosted by Calgary's own EquAzn, and the Festival lineup
is as follows:

Q: How/Where do I get tickets? What do they cost?
A: A festival pass is available that will earn you access to all festival events, and will include a compilation CD, featuring music from the artists performing at the festival. For those who do not wish to buy the pass, you will be able to pay an individual cover charge ($10 per night) at the events. Festival Passes, including the free CD will be available at Fameless for $20. Money raised from pass sales will largely go towards compensating the artists who participate in the festival.

ARTISTS

Q: There are way too many talented artists in Alberta to possibly fit into one weekend. What about everybody else?
A: We agree 100%. While we regret that there are not enough slots in this festival to cover all of our talent, we would like to invite all other talent to come on down to the festival, and network with other like minded individuals.

Q: Can I perform at the Festival?
A: As of now, we are compiling our talent roster on an invite only basis. Due to the limited number of slots, we are not opening up the process. However, if you would like to send us some music/promotional material, we may consider you if time permits. Also, we are looking into the possibility of freeing up some slots for open mic. Please be aware that the open mic portion will operate on a Ôsign up basis' where you will be allotted a specific period of time. Q: Can I sell my CDs, etc. if I'm not on the Festival?
A: We intend to have a large merchandising area at the Showcases. If you want to come down and sell your wares, we will make every effort to ensure that you have the opportunity to do so.

Q: This festival seems to revolve around hip hop musicians only. What about breakers, graf artists, etc?
A: The official component of the festival does indeed revolve around hip-hop musicians, but we would definitely like to extend an open invitation to anybody who appreciates hip hop culture in any way. Graf artists are free to sell their pieces (see above), and of course, we would be thrilled to see some B-Boys and Girls busting a move at the shows!

Q: I am from outside the province. No love for Saskatchewan or B.C.?
A: Crazy Love for Saskatchewan and BC! However, the name of the festival is (Alberta), so therefore the lineups will consist of artists from Alberta. Please feel free to attend the festival, and introduce yourself to the organizers. It will still be an excellent opportunity for you to meet some people and make yourselves known.

Q: I am an individual who would like to help out with the Festival. How can I do so?
